Our tools and personal health lesson plans are set up to give you an opportunity, over a period of eight weeks, to create a healthy lifestyle that you can live with. We set you up to identify your current strengths and weaknesses, then support you in changing the areas that you choose to change.

Moderation

How many times do we make a “not so healthy choice” and allow that to tailspin into more unhealthy choices and then days of unhealthy choices? That is because most of us see our decisions as “make or break” when it comes to losing weight. The Healthy Edge is about moderation. It is about allowing ourselves to make those “not so healthy choices”, and moving on and not allowing it to affect our next choice.

Overview

When you look at your weekly accountability log you will clearly see how you did with the five goals over the course of the week and get an overview of how you did for the week, with feedback from us!

Progress NOT Perfection!

This journey is NOT perfect and no one expects you to be perfect! You can still see and get results if you are eating wisely and completing the goals 80% of the time. This allows you the freedom to be human and not allow a slip up to make you feel like you failed and you need to quit.
